To maintain the order of the court and to carry out the trial impartially and efficiently, no matter whether you are part of the audience or of a party concerned, you should abide by the discipline and rules of the court. In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of China, in addition to the cases head in private session prescribed by law, the case will be heard in public. Citizens of China under the age of eighteen with the ID card can hear the public trial. Please read the following notice carefully.
1. Notice of Participation in or Attendance of the Trial
1.1 Anyone attending the court will accept the security Inspection, no cameras, recorded camcorders; no slogans, banners, leaflets and other items; weapons, knives and other dangerous items are not allowed to be carried into the court.
1.2 Silence in the court room. No applause, noise, smoking and spitting.
1.3 No obtrusive free movement during the trial; no entrance in the trial area.
1.4 No statements or questions without the court's permission.
1.5 No records of the trial without the court's permission.
1.6 Mobile phone and other communications equipment must be turned off.
1.7 Unauthorized members are not allowed access to the court office.
1.8 Judge or judicial policeman reserves the right to order the person to withdraw from court if they have violated the court rules.
2. Persons not Allowed to Hear the Trial
2.1 Witnesses, appraisers and persons with expertise to prepare for presentation;
2.2 Minors who have not been approved by the people's court;
2.3 The person who refuses to take safety checks;
2.4 The person who is drunk, mentally ill or mentally abnormal;
2.5 Other person who is likely to harm the court security or the court order.
If undisclosed criminal records are being sentenced by the law, no lay-person is allowed to attend.
3. The Unfavorable Consequences of violating Court Rules
The presiding judge or independent judge will warn the person who violates the court discipline; those who do not listen to the warning will be admonished; those who do not listen to the admonishment will be ordered to withdraw from the court, otherwise they will be taken out of the court by the judicial policemen in force. If a person violates the provisions of spreading the activities of hearing through sound recording, video recording, taking pictures or the use of mobile communication tools, the court may detain the equipment and delete the relevant records.
If a person carries out one of the following acts, which endangers the court security or disturbs the court order, he will be fined and detained in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations; if any crime is constituted, he will be investigated for criminal responsibility according to law:
3.1 Illegal possession of guns, ammunition, control knives or explosive, flammable, radioactive, toxic, corrosive substance or pathogens of infectious diseases into the court;
3.2 Making noise or offending the court;
3.3 Insulting, libeling, threatening, or assaulting judicial functionary or litigant participants.
3.4 Damaging court facilities, snatching or damaging the litigation documents and evidence;
3.5 Other behavior threatening court security or disrupting court order.
